To cancel an online order, please send a written request to support@koncept.ge, including your order details and the reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the request is confirmed.
If you exercise your right to withdraw from the contract within the specified period, the burden of proof lies with the customer.
All return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For a product to be eligible for return, it must:
• Maintain its original condition and appearance.
• Include all additional accessories and the original packaging (if applicable).
Return Restrictions
A customer cannot withdraw from the contract if:
• The product was sealed and its packaging was opened after delivery, making it non-returnable due to health or hygiene reasons.
• The product has been used.
• The product no longer retains its original condition, completeness, consumer properties, or labels (manufacturer’s tags).
• The customer has violated the inspection guidelines, which only allow examining the product’s characteristics, features, and functionality.
Obligations and Refund Process
Once a withdrawal request is made, the buyer must return the purchased product to the seller within 7 calendar days.
The seller must refund the full purchase amount, including the delivery cost, if applicable, within 14 days of receiving the return request. However, if the customer selected a more expensive delivery method than the standard one offered by the seller, the additional cost will not be refunded.
The seller may withhold the refund until the product is returned or until the customer provides proof of return shipment (whichever
occurs first).
Legal Warranty
If a product is found to be defective, the customer has the right to request one of
the following solutions from the seller:
• Free replacement of the defective item.
• Price reduction.
• Contract cancellation and a full refund.
The first priority is to replace the defective product free of charge. However, if replacement is impossible due to the product’s nature or would impose unreasonable costs, other solutions may be considered.
The replacement must be completed within a reasonable timeframe, ensuring minimal inconvenience to the customer.
The free replacement covers all associated costs, including postage and labor, to ensure compliance with the contract terms.
The customer may demand a price reduction or contract cancellation if:
a) The product cannot be replaced.
b) The seller fails to replace the product within a reasonable time, causing the customer to lose interest in the contract’s fulfillment.
c)If replacing the product would cause significant inconvenience or obstacles for the customer, they have the right to terminate the contract.
In the event of contract termination, the customer is also entitled to claim compensation for damages resulting from the seller’s failure to fulfill the contract, in accordance with Georgian law.
When determining whether the cost of replacement is disproportionate or unreasonable, the following factors must be considered:
a) The value of the product if it met the agreed contractual conditions.
b) The extent to which the product complies with the contractual terms.
C)The customer may choose an alternative solution to eliminate the defect, as long as it does not cause additional inconvenience.
The above-mentioned rights apply if the defect is discovered within two years of receiving the product.
• If the defect is found within six months, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless the nature of the product or the defect itself suggests otherwise. In this case, the burden of proof lies with the seller.
• If the defect is discovered after six months, the customer must prove that the defect existed at the time of delivery.
• The customer cannot demand contract termination or oppose the agreement if the defect is minor.
