How do I track my order?
You can track your order 24 hours after placing it. After that... When your order is shipped, you will receive a unique tracking code via SMS.
Can I modify or cancel after it has been placed?
To cancel an online order, you must send us a written notification by e-mail (return@koncept.ge), indicating the details of the order and the reason for cancellation. The refund will be made within 5 business days of confirmation of the request. See details here.

Shipping
What shipping options do you offer?
The ordered products will be delivered to the address specified by the customer within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, after the customer/user has paid the total cost of the products in full and the amount is credited to the company's bank account;
How much does shipping cost?
The final price of the product includes free assembly and transportation within the city (from Tbilisi to Tbilisi, from Batumi to Batumi). In case of transportation to other regions of Georgia, the cost will be added according to the distance; see details here.
Do you ship internationally?
Purchased products can be shipped both internationally and domestically. See details here.
